Indian Railways is NOT the “worlds 2nd largest employer”. The private
corporations of Walmart, McDonald’s and China National Petroleum
Corporation employ far more employees than IR. The United States military
is THE largest employer on the entire planet. China’s military is second
behind the US military. Indian Railways IS the 6th largest employer in the
world (though it could very well be 7th or 8th).
Thanks, nice explications, but what about the sleeper class? The most
popular one in which you can make so many friendshi or at least speak with
people, and for sure the toilets….HUM HUM….
Hey! That was AC chair car. Not 1st AC Chair car. 1st AC has 2×2 seating
arrangement.

You missed Sleeper and General class :)
Enjoyed that and very helpful. My wife and I bother senior citizens from UK
want to make the journey on Mandovi train from CST to Goa next January.
Looks like for us either 2AC or 1AC.
Wondering what your views are on the side berths in 2AC- would you
recommend those or go for normal berths in 2AC?
1AC looks nice but I guess no guarantee of the two berth Coupe though. What
are your thoughts on 1AC?

Pete
